Jeffrey Armstrong is employed by the State of Wisconsin as an Employment and Training Counselor; he works with Job Service / Department of Workforce Development (DWD) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While employed with the State of Wisconsin, he has served in various positions: Veterans Employment Representative, Employment and Training Specialist, and Trade Adjustment Assistant Coordinator. Prior to his positions with the State of Wisconsin, he served more than 20 years in the U.S. Navy with his last position as an Enlisted Classifier Interviewer at Milwaukee Entrance Processing Station.
Jeffrey Armstrong completed his B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis in Gerontology from Tougaloo College in Jackson, Mississippi. Additionally, he earned his M.S. Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Jackson State University (also located in Jackson, Mississippi). He is socially affiliated with the Wisconsin Employment and Training Association (WETA) and Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 44 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
