“The Career Development Facilitator (NCDA CDF) program truly provided a level of depth and knowledge. I thought I had a good handle on career resources and assessments. I quickly realized that this training is a must for anyone interested in helping others on their career path. The comprehensive information the program provided was superior to anything I had experienced in the past. Marie Smith, my instructor, was so encouraging, kind, insightful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to others interested in pursuing this training.” ~Dr. Jennifer Williamson
